UA Employee Health Fair Oct. 22
The 2008 Employee Health Fair will be held inside Coleman Coliseum from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. This annual event offers faculty, staff, and UA retirees the opportunity to get free health screenings, connect with health resources, get flu shots, and learn about the WellBama program.
The PSA will have a table at the fair and will also be adopting this program as a service opportunity. To volunteer to help out at the Health Fair, contact John Kasberg. All volunteers who help for 2 hours or more at the health fair, will get a free health fair T-shirt or free golf-visor health fair cap, plus some food and refreshments, and that warm, fuzzy feeling from doing a good deed.
